Attractive color with light straw reflections accompanied by a fine chain pearl, pleasing to the eye. Delicate, sweet fruity aroma and taste reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. On the palate it is rich, with a juicy foam and a dry finish. Thanks to these characteristics, the wine is very harmonious overall. The wine is produced using the classic secondary fermentation method called Charmat, which takes place in large stainless steel tanks. The traditional Italian variety Glera is used for the production of Prosecco.

Compared to classic Aperol, Sarti Spritz is sweeter and fruitier.

/elderflower elixir, prosecco, soda, ice/ A cocktail that has its roots in South Tyrol and is traditionally mixed with elderflower liqueur, Prosecco and soda or sparkling water. Hugo likes it best on ice in a wine glass. Then just mix 5 parts Prosecco, 3 parts elderflower elixir and add 2 parts sparkling water.
